Open - Man's Best Friend World Class Pet Resort is open Monday through Saturday from 8 AM - 6 PM and Sunday 1 PM - 6 PM. On major holidays the resort is open from 4 PM - 5 PM for pickup only (if you come home on a major holiday, we want to make sure that you can get your baby)

Check In Time is anytime between opening and 4 PM. Guests must arrive prior to 4 PM.

Check Out Time is 12 Noon. If you pickup prior to 12 Noon, then the guest is not charged for that day. After 12 Noon is a day of boarding.

We require that all guests be given an entry bath - not just a regular bath, but a bath using the state of the art Hydrosurge Therapeutic Bathing System. This system provides Jacuzzi-like jet action that removes loose hair, dead skin and other debris for the healthiest skin possible. Pets love the massage-like treatment as it feels wonderful and relaxing. (The entry bath is just $10.50 or $16.50 if the pet has fleas or ticks) However, there is no charge for the entry bath if the guest is groomed during their stay.

For Dogs - Rabies, DHLP, and Bordatella
For Cats - Rabies, FVRCP and Feline Leukemia

Medication Fee - A fee of 50 cents per medication per occurrence and $1.00 per injection per occurrence will be charged when boarding.

Luggage - Guests are allowed to bring as much luggage with them as they would like. (i.e. beds, blankets, toys, etc.) In order to ensure the safety of all our guests, we do require that all items be nonbreakable. If the owner does not bring a bed, then we provide our guest with a comfy fleece mat.

Dogs that bite - Sorry, we cannot accept dogs that may bite.
