• Notify us by phone or email of the problem and obtain a Return Authorization Number and return address.
• The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• If the item is returned after 30 days of purchase, then you must pay return shipping.
• All items must be returned in original, re-usable packaging and be received in original re-stockable condition - free of damage and/or odors, etc.
• Do not send back an item without a Return Authorization Number or address for return as the product will be shipped back to you.

Special orders and personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

When ordering, if you are uncertain about a size, color, etc., please call or email us prior to your purchase so that we may provide you with the ordering information you need.

As a courtesy and a thank you to our customers, we only charge $7.95 for shipping for each order, no matter how many items, or size of items, in each order. If you order one item; the shipping charge is $7.95. If you order 20 items in the same order, your total shipping charge is still just $7.95.

At present, we do not ship outside of the 48 states. Most items ship within 1 week of your order, unless noted differently in the item description. Personalized items usually take a little longer. Items are shipped by USPS, FedEX Ground, UPS, and if the item is very large, then by common carrier. Items are only shipped to an actual home or business address. We cannot ship to a PO or APO Box.

If for some reason your item has to be replaced, we do not charge shipping for replacement items. We also offer free shipping on returns made within Thirty (30) days of purchase. After the 31st day, shipping costs for returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. (See Return Policy Above)
